TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will get an email with the tracking information for your shipment. Please get in touch with us if, after five days, you haven't received tracking information.

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS:

– The package failed to be delivered after several attempts by the shipper.

– You refuse the package.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

For a single order, we do not accept shipping to numerous addresses. Please put in separate orders for each address where you want products delivered.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

While we can send to PO Boxes, we are unable to do so to Military APO/FPO addresses.
