We fully guarantee the quality of our products and our craftsmanship. If there are any defects or mistakes on our end, we’ll replace the item at no cost to you. However, we generally don’t accept returns for issues like choosing the wrong size, design, or color.
Return & Refund Policy
We’re committed to providing top-quality products and will replace your order if it’s flawed, has poor print quality, or differs from what was shown on our site. To request a replacement, email us at [email protected] with a photo of the product and any details. Our customer service team will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no cost.
For other requests, email us at [email protected]. If approved, we’ll provide a return address, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Allow 3-5 business days for refunds after we receive your return. Unauthorized returns or items that are washed, worn, or damaged won’t be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t seen your refund yet, start by checking your bank account again. Then, get in touch with your credit card company, as it might take some time for the refund to appear. After that, contact your bank, since there can be processing delays. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Sale items
We can only offer refunds for items purchased at regular prices; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange a defective item for the same one, please email us at [email protected]. Our customer service team will review your request, and if it’s approved, we’ll provide you with the return address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when bought and sent directly to you, you’ll get a gift credit for the value of the return. After we receive the returned item, we’ll mail you a gift certificate. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver, and they’ll be notified of your return.
Shipping
If your claim is approved, we’ll provide a return address. You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable. Delivery times for exchanges vary by location. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your return.
